At Mysmartliving, we stand by the quality of our products. All Mysmartliving products purchased through our official store are covered by a one-year complimentary replacement warranty for defective hardware unless indicated on two-year or more warranty on specific product pages. If your product was purchased from another platform, please contact the corresponding seller for warranty support.
Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. However, it does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or damage to paint or installation surfaces—please exercise care during setup.
Second-hand products. Items purchased from unauthorized sellers, even if listed as “new,” are considered second-hand and are not eligible for warranty service.
Products damaged due to abnormal physical or electrical stress, negligence, or accidents.
Our support team may request photos or videos to help diagnose hardware issues. These are required for processing replacement claims.
Warranty Period
New Products: Warranty periods are product-dependent, see product page for detailed warranty information.
Replaced Products: The longer of the original remaining warranty period or 30 days
Extended Warranty (Coming Soon): If you purchase an extended warranty, your coverage will be extended beyond the standard two-year period.
Replacement Process
If your product qualifies for a warranty claim:
Contact us at [email protected] with a description of the issue, proof of purchase, and any requested images or videos.
Our support team will review your request and provide next steps.
If approved, we will replace the product with the closest available model.
For discontinued items, Mysmartliving reserves the right to provide a similar substitute.
For out-of-warranty products, replacement parts may be available for purchase.
Additional Terms
Warranty claims do not reset or extend the original warranty period, except where an extended warranty has been purchased.
Shipping costs for warranty replacements may apply, depending on your location.
Mysmartliving does not offer refunds under this limited warranty.
